(IČ: 04574303) (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator) to process and manage in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 101/2000 Coll. and personal data provided in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 for the purpose of storing name and surname, e-mail address and telephone number within retailys.com.  The basic period of validity and the related period of processing of provided personal data is 10 years from the sending of personal data. You can shorten or extend this period prematurely at any time.

I acknowledge that by providing personal data to the Administrator, I have the right to:

1. To access personal data.
2. To correct inaccurate or false personal data.
3. Providing an explanation in case of suspicion that the processing of my personal data violates the protection of my personal and private life or that personal data are processed in violation of the law.
